Craig McGinley

Craig started his career at Riocan, where he worked for five years on a portfolio of Power Centres and grocery anchored Neighbourhood Centres. From there he transitioned to Oxford, where he focused on leasing enclosed malls. While leasing Southcentre mall in Calgary,  and Kingsway mall in Edmonton, he completed transactions with notable retailers such as Lululemon, Sephora, Earls, Sport Chek, H&M, and JD Sports. As a veteran of over 1,200 real estate transactions, Craig brings a wealth of experience to both the Tenant and Landlord side of the business.
