About Paul 
Since 1980 Paul has been a full-time Real Estate Agent, and in 1984, he joined the World Leader in Real Estate, RE/MAX. In 1988, Paul sought out the new and highly respected CCIM Certification. Paul worked in Jamaica & Canada, helping to devise and market leading communication technology that has been pivotal to how modern technology works today. During which time, he oversaw various land sales in Jamaica. After a brief contract with AGT, he decided that real estate was his calling. As he became immersed in Canadian real estate, he knew that an essential factor for many Realtors to consider is where they would like to focus their energy. Paul's affinity for commercial real estate was quite apparent. He made a career defining choice to focus on the Commercial Markets, with an eye for great investment opportunities.

During Paul's time as a Commercial Realtor® in Alberta, he has worked in many unique positions. In 2015 he was sought out as a consultant for the very well known ATCO, an Alberta Energy and Supply Retailer. He spent three years with them doing market analysis research for them across the province. Through all this, Paul continued to assist investors in realizing their potential in the Commercial Real Estate and Investments market. The ability to listen to your needs & wants and identify buildings and projects on the ground, backed up by analytical data of ongoing sales numbers or lease rates. This sets Paul apart from any other Commercial Real Estate Professionals.

Those who have enjoyed working with Paul would describe him as a very diligent man who takes pride in what he does. He has a keen eye for detail and a thirst for knowledge that has helped shape him into the respected and trusted Commercial Realtor he is today. Certified Commercial Investment Member; In 1988, Paul became only 1 of 3 Realtors to be CCIM certified in Calgary, and he has maintained it ever since. The CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation is a highly sought after degree that is rigorous and demanding. The International title is not just difficult to obtain but to keep as well. Members have to adhere to strict guidelines and a code of ethics. Practical experience is a large part of acquiring this designation.

Candidates need to acquire $10M in sales, which gives them knowledge, competency, and integrity and has excellent peer recommendations. Besides his enthusiasm for Commercial Real Estate Investments, Paul cultivates and reciprocates his energy with his family and his love of meditation, sailing, travelling, and camping in Canadian parks. What the future holds for any of us is uncertain, but Paul always knows he will rebound keeping in mind his mantra; TEA – Thoughts, Energy, Action, and if all are positive and aligned, you can accomplish what you set out to do.
