Scope of Service

Sam’s experience has spanned all facets of real estate. After graduating from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Commerce degree he worked with the largest financial institution in Alberta as a Personal Financial Services Officer. Wanting to pursue his passion for real estate, he obtained his license in 2008 and joined one of the top residential teams in Calgary. He then seized an opportunity to become a property manager for on of the biggest privately owned commercial real estate companies in Canada. Currently, he enjoys commercial real estate research/consulting and brokering sale/lease deals covering all property types including industrial, office, retail, and multi-family.
