Scope of Service

Mike has worked in real estate for the past 14 years. Starting as an appraiser for 3 years and transitioning into residential and commercial sales for the past decade. He has grown his business to the point of completing over 100 transactions annually with a client base which includes growing families, builders, developers and investors.

Mike has used his experience to grow into other areas of real estate including property flipping and expanding into the carwash industry. In 2016 Mike designed, built, and opened his first carwash and has been operating it profitably since conception. In early 2020 he opened his second carwash while continuing to operate at an elite level within the real estate industry.

Mike now specializes in the acquisition and disposition of commercial properties in Alberta. He adds extreme value to any transaction through his exceptional due diligence, proven business experience, and his strength in communication with clients and tenants.
