Patrick has been involved in Commercial Real Estate for 20 years. He has experience in the acquisition, management, leasing and disbursement of Real Estate assets. Patrick has developed an extensive network of tenants, vendors, service providers and investors that help locate and populate profitable Real Estate transactions. Over 15 years of Property Management experience has helped shape a hands-on service-driven approach to commercial Real Estate relationships. Patrick is presently developing projects in Central Alberta.
